We are engaged in offering a wide range of PTFE Ball. These balls are chemically inert to corrosive liquids/gases and possess very low coefficient friction. The main application areas of these products include in those areas where metals or alloys cannot be used. Operating at a temperature of (-400°F to +500°F), these balls provide maximum performance. In case of ball bearings, these balls lubricate themselves. These Balls require minimum maintenance. Thus, these balls have replaced valve components that are more prone to corrosion. These balls are widely used in the ball valves in the fluid handling industry. We offer these balls in customized options, as per the specifications for our clients. These balls are available in different sizes ranging from 6mm to 150mm. 

We make available to our clients a broad gamut of PTFE Fibre Glass Cloth. This cloth is one of the flexible material used for industrial purposes. Woven fiberglass that is coated with PTFE or silicone rubber is used for making this cloth. It can withstand various typed of chemicals that are mechanically severe, thermally extreme and are electrically demanding. The matchless release properties make this cloth ideal to be used in different temperature ranges. Having accurate dimensions, this cloth remains stable under variable heat and pressure. The conductivity and porosity of this cloth is also controllable. We can tailor make this glass cloth in diverse substrates, thicknesses, weights and surface textures.

• Chemical characteristics: Can withstand all types of solvents, bacterial and fungal attack, weathering & moisture, acids & alkalies. Does not support combustion
• Electrical characteristics: It has exceptionally high dielectric strength, dielectric constant 1.8 – 2.7. It will not carbonize on exposure to arching or burning Electrical insulation in excess of Class H requirements over 180°C
• Mechanical resistance: With an exceptionally smooth, low friction and non-stick surface. It has high strength to weight and thickness ratio. Further, it has near zero flow under extreme heat & pressure
• Thermal resistance: Can resist extreme heat & cold temperatures. This cloth has high thermal stability up to +270°C. It maintains strength and flexibility down to -200°C. The operating range is between -200°C to 270°C

PTFE Coated Glass Cloth, (often incorrectly referred to as TEFLON^® tape), combines the properties of PTFE with the mechanical strength of Glass Cloth.  It has a good heat and chemical resistance along with excellent non stick properties.  It is available in plain or self adhesive backed and as anti static if required.  We can convert PTFE Coated Glass Cloth into gaskets and strips cut to any width to suit your requirement.

Temperature: -190°C to +260°C.
